EVERYONE ISNT LOYAL DAD HAT

On March 14th you responded to my IG post saying you agreed the top I received did not look like the top advertised, and that you were going to make this right, but I haven't heard anything from you since then.

Again it's a small thing because the quality, the fit, and look is all good. But I guess communication, customer service, and making sure customers are happy isn't important.
